If you bought your product directly from our website, your license has been added automatically to your mySteganos account. In this case, you merely need to start up the product you purchased, enter your login information (email address and password) when prompted by the program and click on "Log in".
It is not necessary to enter the serial number/license key because your license is automatically added to your mySteganos account after the purchase.
During the purchase you will be asked to enter the email address of your mySteganos account. The license will automatically be added to the account you enter during the purchase.
If no account has been created with the email address you are providing during the purchase, a new account will be created automatically and you will receive an email that allows you to set up the password for your new account.
If you did not receive said email or are unable to remember your credentials for some reason, please try to reset your password here: https://my.steganos.com/account/password/reset/
Make sure to also check whether the mySteganos emails have been moved to your spam filter or automatically filtered in some other way by your email client/provider.
If you are getting the error message "Activation can't be completed." when trying to log in, that usually means that your program cannot contact the Steganos servers. Please close the program and deactivate any VPN services that might be running. Also check your firewall and proxy settings if necessary. Then restart the program and try to log in again.

Make sure you provide the email address for your mySteganos account and explain in as much detail as possible why you cannot log in or reset your password.
